Terms & Conditions BK8 Online – Official Malaysia Platform Guidelines

1. Definitions & Interpretations

2. Account Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

When registering a BK8 Online account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and a secure password. Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at BK8 Online. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is a direct violation of these terms.

BK8 Online conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering compliance. During KYC, you may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address and payment method details. BK8 Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BK8 Online account password and login credentials. All activity that takes place within your account — whether carried out by you or anyone else — is entirely your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at BK8 Online is RM 20 for regular deposits. To claim the Welcome Bonus, the minimum deposit is RM 50. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits set by each respective payment method.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. BK8 Online does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, BK8 Online reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal from their BK8 Online account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account fully verified (KYC completed).
• The chosen withdrawal method must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• If an active bonus credit exists in your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal from the relevant portion of your balance is permitted.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made, even if no bonus is active.

Withdrawal processing times at BK8 Online depend on the player's VIP tier: Bronze (up to 24 hours), Silver (up to 12 hours), Gold (up to 6 hours), Platinum (up to 3 hours), and Diamond (within 1 hour). These timeframes are calculated from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by the BK8 Online team, not from when the request was submitted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Sports Betting Rules

BK8 Online offers an extensive range of sports betting markets, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, UEFA Champions League), cricket (IPL, ODI, T20), badminton, esports, virtual sports, and more. Sports Betting at BK8 Online is subject to the following rules:

• All accepted bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started, except in cases where BK8 Online identifies a technical error in the odds display.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake fully refunded to the player.
• In-play betting is based on the match situation at the time the bet is accepted. BK8 Online is not responsible for any delays in live sports data transmission.
• BK8 Online reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or match manipulation.
• Displayed odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds at the point of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.

For bets placed using bonus credits, the minimum odds per selection are 1.50 to count towards meeting the wagering requirements at BK8 Online. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not qualify for wagering purposes, even if placed using real money.

8. Casino Games & Slots

Live casino and slots games on BK8 Online are provided by approved third-party software suppliers. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes.

9. Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

10. Account Suspension & Closure

BK8 Online reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering or any other suspicious activity.

In the event of an account suspension, the player will be notified via email or an in-account notification. Any real cash funds not subject to restrictions will be returned to the player via the original payment method once the investigation is concluded, provided no violation prevents the return of those funds.

Players may also choose to close their BK8 Online account by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bonus credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

Under no circumstances shall BK8 Online's total liability to a player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.

12. Responsible Gambling
